I am a Seattle writer of essays, humor, and memoir. I write about my experience as a stage and hospital clown and the value of play, absurdity and a view of life from upside down and inside out. Besides health and well-being, I write about spirituality, aging fiercely, relationships, mystery guests, and chicken calling. My writing has appeared in Narratively, Intima: the Journal of Narrative Medicine, 3elements Review, Persimmon Tree and other publications. I received an MFA in Nonfiction from Pacific University.
