Andrew Reinhard is a professional archaeologist working in the Great Plains. His three monographs on digital archaeology have been published by Berghahn Books: Archaeogaming (2018), Practical Archaeogaming (2024), and Machine-Created Culture (2024). Walkover Country: Archaeology Poems from the Plains was a finalist for the 2026 Poetry of the Plains and Prairies chapbook award and will be published by Spartan Press in 2026. He is currently looking for homes for his three novels: Monkeybrain, a fictionalized memoir about a mother with dementia and her caregiver-son told from her perspective; Psychonautica, a Pythagorean "sandalpunk" action-adventure story set in ancient North Africa; and The Fourth Coast, folk-horror from the dark history of Door County, Wisconsin.
