Former college professor, librarian in a log cabin in the north woods of WI, and former volunteer EMT, Carol Lee Saffioti-Hughes is honored to have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize in Poetry three times. Her most recent book of poetry, WHEN WILDING RETURNS, is available from Cyberwit Press. Her first chapbook, though out of print, is available from the author. Recent work has appeared in The Awakenings Review, Bramble, Gentian, Moss Piglet, Fresh Words among other publications. Member of the Spectrum School of Arts and the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets, she is also a sometime photographer.
