Chantelle Flores (she/her) is an interdisciplinary writer and artist passionate for the intersections between contemporary archival art, documentary poetics, and the medical humanities. Her creative and academic work has been published with Aisthesis, Barzakh, Beyond the Veil Press, CALYX, Livina Press, and other venues. Her poetry is especially inspired by personal experiences with medical trauma and chronic/invisible illness.

She received a dual-degree B.A. in English and art history from the University of Maine where she served as a co-editor-in-chief for Spire: The Maine Journal of Conservation and Sustainability and as a Writing Center Consultant.
