Jana-Lee Germaine is Senior Poetry Reader for Ploughshares and Social Media Marketing Manager for Presence. Her poems appear in Nimrod, New Ohio Review, Cimarron Review, Poet Lore, Water~Stone Review, Tinderbox, and elsewhere. She’s a recipient of the St. Botolph Club Foundation Emerging Artist Award for Literature, Atmosphere Press’ Playa Flamingo Writing Residency, and the Patricia Dobler Poetry Award. Her writing has been supported by Bread Loaf. She earned an MFA from Emerson College. She’s a member of the Board of Trustees for her local public library and can be found online at janaleegermaine.com.
