With a PhD in Christian Ethics, I am an internationally recognized expert on faith and climate change. I am published academically, including a book chapter and articles, and in the 2023 Lenten devotional Act/Fast. I hold two global positions as a leader on faith and climate justice. I sit on the World Council of Churches Commission on Climate Justice and Sustainable Development (CCJSD), and am a Member of the Climate Justice Core Group of the World Communion of Reformed Churches, reaching over 500 million Christians around the world. As an ordained minister in the United Church of Canada I speak, preach and lead workshops on discipleship and the climate crisis, reaching people across North America. I am recognized as the go-to source for information and encouragement on faith and the climate crisis nationally and globally. I write a weekly newsletter, Faith. Climate Crisis. Action, which is published on the Substack platform, and have been a guest writer on other newsletters.
