Poet & biostatistician. Survival analysis, elegy.

Poetry

Kent Koprowicz is a poet and biostatistician based in Seattle. Much of his work uses the language of clinical trials and survival analysis — hazard models, censored observations, imputation — as load-bearing structure for elegy, love, and Pacific Northwest landscape. His work has appeared in Thin Skin and Pfeilstorch, and is forthcoming in brief + incorrect, Bloodroot Poetry Journal and Double Dutch. He studies at Hugo House and is at work on a first collection, The Model Had Been Misspecified.
