Mary Lannon's dystopian satire, Tide Girl, was a 2023 finalist for the PEN\Bellwether Prize for Socially Engaged Fiction. Her stories have been published at Story, Necessary Fiction, *New World Writing, and elsewhere. Her work has been named a second-round pick for the Wolfson Prize, a semi-finalist for the futurist debut novel award, and a finalist for the Iron Horse Literary Review Trifecta Contest.
