Neonila Rutherford is a writer and poet who moves between two languages and two literary traditions — Russian, her first language, and English, in which she has built a growing body of work.
Her debut novel, «19:06:07» (2024), was published in Russian. Her poetry and prose have appeared in Versopolis Review in both 2025 and 2026, as well as in Russian literary anthologies including Naslediye, Debut, and the Moscow International Book Fair collection.
She has been recognized with the Naslediye Award, the Mikhail Lermontov Medal, and the Alexander Pushkin Medal.
Rutherford also founded Literary Bridge, a bilingual project connecting Russian-language authors from across the CIS with English-speaking readers.
