Pamela Zimmerman grew up on a hundred acre farm, in a secluded society of Old Order Mennonites. Unsurprisingly, her writing often features elements of nature and captivity. Her favorite things to write, in no particular order, are: poetry, medieval fantasy, and personal essays. A couple of her other skills are: accumulating books in stacks around her house, and cooking at midnight. She is a creative director of the brand new online poetry magazine it's fucking poetry, and her work has previously appeared in literary magazines The Vehicle and Bleating Thing.
