Fiction Poetry Visual Art Photography

A poet, illustrator, and award-nominated university lecturer, primarily working in the lyrical and structurally experimental. My slim volume, Conjunction (Ellipsis Imprints 2023), was described by reviewers as ‘deft’ and ‘gutsy’. Now, I’m trying to bring these same qualities to my short fiction. So far, my stories have appeared in CafeLit, Literally Stories, Belladonna’s Garden, and The Scop. I’m hoping to place some of my more experimental work before the end of the year.

My poetry is ticking along, with two new pieces appearing in The Scop and Glint (forthcoming) and a debut spoken word performance at the Australian Poetry Slam heats in Melbourne.

Alongside my colleague in Edinburgh, I also run The Ibis and Peacock, a small press which publishes chapbooks by emerging authors.
