About

I founded Writers House in 1974, and have been midwife to books in all adult categories, fiction and non-fiction. And lately I’ve been enjoying working with some YA and Middle Grade authors. I'm interested in working with a few more novelists, literary and commercial, especially authors whose works have received reviews praising their artistry, but whose sales have been so-so. I'm good at launching and relaunching writers of fiction and non-fiction whose stories are highly dramatic and whose characters are memorable. And since I wrote the above some of my clients have retired or died. So I am actively seeking new authors who write thrillers, mysteries, women’s fiction, and historical novels.
