FANTASY/ROMANTASY

  • I am mostly focused on Adult or New Adult genres, but I won’t pass up a brilliant YA. I love all things fantasy and romance, give me all the tropes.
  • I am a connoisseur of enemies-to-lovers. If the characters have mutual hatred and lashing banter, send it my way. Other tropes I love: rivals, deadly games/trials, forced proximity/marriage of convenience.
  • I am really not the best fit for fae tales, winged or tailed main characters, or humiliation, miscommunication, or student/teacher tropes. I also am not a great fit for fantasies with any contemporary elements/settings, such as BRIDE by Ali Hazelwood—if text messaging and mythical beings exist in the same world, I am probably not a fit. However, if you come to me with a story of fairies—the little creatures that hide in the forest—I am there.
  • I would love mythology retellings, anything with dragons, and NEW takes on vampires, werewolves, wizards, or sorcerers. I also love paranormal fantasy in the vein of PHANTASMA.

I like the characters to have intimacy. Think FOURTH WING, ONE DARK WINDOW, SERPENT AND THE WINGS OF NIGHT, or THE EVER KING amount of spice. I'm not interested in erotica or in a book where there are more explicit scenes than there is plot.

Agent Impersonation Scams are becoming commonplace.
A legitimate agent will not contact you and request money to represent you. Never pay an agent an up-front fee. That is not how literary agent representation works. Agents earn a commission only after they've landed a publishing deal for you. Also, agents scarcely ever contact writers. If an agent that you haven't queried contacts you about representation, be suspicious. Look up the agent and check if the email address is correct for that agent/agency.
