Statistics Synopsis

Elisabeth Weed's overall average response time is slower than most agents.

Fiction Open

She’s drawn to big, propulsive fiction that grabs you from the first page and won’t let go. She’s especially interested in atmospheric thrillers, dark psychological suspense, mystery and crime fiction and voice driven upmarket commercial novels with strong hooks. She loves books that appeal to both commercial and literary readers—stories that are transportive and keep her up late at night, either with the lights on out of fear, or with a box of tissues by her side.

Agent Impersonation Scams are becoming commonplace.
A legitimate agent will not contact you and request money to represent you. Never pay an agent an up-front fee. That is not how literary agent representation works. Agents earn a commission only after they've landed a publishing deal for you. Also, agents scarcely ever contact writers. If an agent that you haven't queried contacts you about representation, be suspicious. Look up the agent and check if the email address is correct for that agent/agency.
