Before joining the Salkind Literary Agency, Greg was a prolific freelance journalist for Time magazine and other major media. He is co-author of several books including American Spy, about Watergate co-conspirator E. Howard Hunt and an epic true-crime story, Without a Trace. He once ran a successful book-editing service and has helped or inspired a number of writers to become published authors. As a former student of literary greats such as John Knowles (author of A Separate Peace) and L. Rust Hills (famed Esquire fiction editor) added to his background in journalism, his acquisition interests include both fiction and nonfiction. He is based in Manhattan. Greg says that he likes fact that reads like fiction and fiction that reads like fact.
