Jane was shortlisted for the British Book Awards: Literary Agent of the Year in 2023 and is a judge for the 2026 Diverse Book Awards. She has many years’ experience in publishing, having worked in rights, contracts and marketing, as well in commissioning and as a publishing director. Jane is driven by a desire to champion quality writing with a clear message. Many of her authors have won awards; several have been Sunday Times bestsellers.
For general non-fiction she seeks out activists, psychologists, creatives and thought-leaders with books that are authoritative, accessible and authentic.
