Matt Carlini joined the Javelin team in 2018 as a literary agent/foreign rights director after working at Little, Brown & Company and Vigliano Associates in New York. He has worked with a variety of bestselling and acclaimed authors including James Patterson, Elin Hilderbrand, two Pulitzer Prize finalists, a National Book Award winner, and a Man Booker Prize finalist. He has also orchestrated successful international sales campaigns for writers and celebrities including Mike Tyson, Pearl Jam, Andrew Morton, and Gary Zukav. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Matt is a graduate of Georgetown University. His literary interests include narrative nonfiction about politics and current events, journalism, cultural criticism, pop culture, and sports.
