Solas Literary Agency takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic word sòlas, meaning “light,” “comfort,” and “joy.” Founded on the belief that stories have the power to illuminate, to heal, and to connect, Solas Literary is a home for writers whose stories offer solace in times of change, challenge assumptions and, above all, spark the imagination.
