A Year In Ink A project of San Diego Writers, Ink (see other related projects). About The annual publication represents a sampling of the tangible results of our community’s diligent scribbles. Submissions can include short stories, novel and memoir excerpts, creative nonfiction, satire, flash fiction/nonfiction, and poetry. Every year our anthology authors are a diverse group of students, members, instructors, new writers, aspiring authors, and frequently published veterans. Fees Notice: This project charges fees (or requires purchases) for all submissions, except for SDWI members, and they do not offer monetary payment for accepted submissions. (Note: About 11% of anthologies always charge fees.) The fee is USD $5 (average for anthologies that charge).
