In your work, consider: — comparing/contrasting Eos and Aurora; — the relationships between these two Goddesses and other Deities in their pantheons, especially Nyx, Theia, Hyperion, Hemera, Helios and Selene; Pallas; Sol, Luna, and Mater Matuta; — the various paramours of Eos and Aurora, such as Tithonus, Zeus, Ares, Poseidon, Astraeus, Orion, Cleitus, and Kephalus; — the offspring of Eos, such as the Anemoi, Eosphoros, Hesperos, Memnon, Astraea, and Phaethon; — the ancient cults and cultic sites of Eos and Aurora; — reconstructed and modern cults and rituals; — the Goddesses’ areas of interest and influence beyond the dawn, such as motherhood, love, lust, immortality, travel, the seasons and the passage of time, war, death and grieving and the underworld; — analyses of specific myths featuring Eos and Aurora; — the appearance of the Goddesses in ancient literature, and modern literature and cinema; — compare/contrast Eos and Aurora with dawn Goddesses from other pantheons, such as Ushas, Thesan, Eostre, and the Zorya. Also, please note that the editor has a particular affection for the Hesperides, and would like to include a special section on them in this devotional. Any submissions about the Hesperides would be welcome.
