Borders & Boundaries A project of Border Town Press (see other related projects). Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions. We provide the following information as an archive. About It seemed appropriate to us to do an Anthology on borders & boundaries because it is so much a part of Our everyday existence – we are, after all, called ‘Border Town Press’ for a reason; our home office is just 300 metres from the Canada Customs buildings at the Canada-US border. We also border a native reserve and live in a town that is partly French speaking, partly English; Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, and agnostic. There are of course national and political borders. However there are other types of borders such as natural borders like mountains, rivers and oceans. The idea of ‘boundaries’ is even broader. Examples would include class, culture, creed, and even the simple everyday boundaries between people. Maybe you have your own personal boundaries…..
