About

We are looking for new unpublished fiction that brings alive the Festive spirit and conjures up new modern legends about Father Christmas. Each story must feature Father Christmas as a lead character (although the protagonists may not realise he is Father Christmas). Father Christmas must be protrayed in a positive light, where possible in a traditional white beard, red coat style and most importantly his reality must not be questioned. We are looking for highly emotive stories, about Christmas; the impossible being made possible, dreams being realised. I want you to make the reader cry, laugh but most of all be left with that warm fuzzy Christmas feeling. No overtly religious tones please. This is aimed at a YA and up audience so adult themes can be introduced but please do so sensitively.
