About

Open to anyone who has knowledge and an opinion of life and trends in modern Britain. The Future Britain anthology asks you to extrapolate current trends (or just your favourite one) to a logical, if (hopefully) extreme future conclusion. To kick-start the mental hamster-wheel, some possible trends to build into your stories could include: flooding, police state, increased knife crime, big brother (cctv omni-presence), health and safety absurdities, massive traffic congestion, urban sprawl, reduced usable land from encroaching seas, increasing population (+/- immigration), increased racial tensions...but I'm sure each of you has a pet-peeve of their own to bring along.
