About

You know how when you look up a recipe online there is a quirky story first about the creator’s childhood in rural Vermont and how it led to their making the best meatloaf ever? What if that story wasn’t uplifting, but a nightmare? Vamptasy is pleased to announce plans for a new horror anthology with stories in the style of food blogs. We’re looking for tales about how a birthday cake helped you make it through a zombie apocalypse, the chicken casserole that accidentally summoned a demon, or the bowl of ramen that comforted you after you fought off a chainsaw-wielding slasher.
