Resiliency Anthology A project of The Selkie Publications CIC (see other related projects). Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions (January 2020). We provide the following information as an archive. About The Resiliency project is open only to Canadian residents, citizens, or landed immigrants and asylum seekers. Canadian citizens living abroad are also eligible to submit. We will accept submissions in French as well as Indigenous or First Nations languages if an English translation can be provided. The project is funded by Calgary Arts Development and was awarded to The Selkie Collective. The theme for the anthology is resiliency. The theme evokes recovery, what happens after profound change and upheaval, and how we carry on. The theme can be interpreted in any way you choose and artistic work does not have to be specifically set in Canada or feature Canadian symbols or themes.
