ACM Writing Residency 1

A project of Another Chicago Magazine (see other related projects).

About

Another Chicago Magazine will award a free multi-week residency in Belfast, Maine. The recipient will be a nonfiction writer whose work brings uncommon insight, incisive language, and strong storytelling to the subject at hand, which could be anything that blends the political and personal, or summons justice, or dives deep into individual experience, but always with larger contexts in mind. As for tone, ACM continues to encourage play and rage and courage. ACM will consider all submissions for publication.

Fees Notice: This project charges fees (or requires purchases) for all submissions, except for BIPOC writers, and they do not offer monetary payment for accepted submissions.
Submission Caps: They may close to submissions early if they reach their quota. Check before submitting.
