ACPQ Rising Scholar Essay Contest A project of American Catholic Philosophical Quarterly About Each year, the American Catholic Philosophical Quarterly (ACPQ) hosts its annual Rising Scholar Essay Contest. Any scholar who has not attained the rank of associate professor is invited to submit a paper contributing to the development or elucidation of the Catholic philosophical tradition. No Fees! This contest does not charge mandatory fees. Limited Demographic: Submissions are restricted to any scholar who will not have attained the rank of associate professor by the date of the deadline.
