The Chocolate Bar Library Short Story Competition A project of Fortnum & Mason Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions (November 2020). We provide the following information as an archive. About Every bar in our Chocolate Library has a story to tell… and now it’s your turn. The old adage goes that there is nothing better than curling up with a good book. Except, perhaps, when you can eat said book afterwards. To help us complete our ever-expanding Chocolate Library, for the second year running we’re inviting readers to pen their very own original short stories based on one of five new titles. The collection has previously baffled the tweeters of Twitter and been described by The Daily Telegraph as 'startling' and 'peculiar'. Just how we like it. No Fees!
