About The CCQ is launching an open call for a special one-year anniversary edition of the CCQ with the theme of extreme science fiction horror. The anthology will be limited to exactly 13 spots, with tiered contest winners = The stories will be featured in the book in order from first place winner down to number thirteen. This special edition broadens the CCQ's genre output and also offers the chance for writers to qualify for the SFWA (Science Fiction Writer's Association), as well as the HWA (Horror Writer's Association). No Fees! This contest does not charge mandatory fees.
