A project of Old Hedgy Times (see other related projects).

Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions. We provide the following information as an archive.

About

OLD TIMEY HEDGEHOG Publishing is planning a FREE FICTION CONTEST for an upcoming summer edition of our nerd culture and lit magazine, OLD HEDGY TIMES. This contest will be guest-judged by science fiction writer John Skylar. We want to see internationalist science fiction. That means we are looking for sci-fi tales of countries outside of NATO, where people are interacting with the future in ways that are different than what we’re used to seeing. We want stories where the protagonists are people of colour, women, children, whomever, living their lives in the future of places like Brazil, India, Russia, China, Kenya—anywhere you are not used to seeing.

No Fees! This contest does not charge mandatory fees.
