Minds Shine Bright Places Writing Competition

About

The Minds Shine Bright Places competition is now open and calling for local and international writers to submit stories and poems about place. It could be the place where you live, a place that you love visiting or a place that you left behind. It should be a place that set your imagination free, that inspires and challenges you to bring its story to life.
When we create the Places anthology and the Young Writers’ Places anthology we will make a map of the places that inspire the wining and commended stories and poems.
Whether your special place is your home, a favourite holiday spot, somewhere exotic or remote, a memorable place that you have discovered on your travels, somewhere from the past or somewhere from the deepest reaches of the imagination, we want to hear your stories.

Fees Notice: This project charges fees (or requires purchases) for all submissions.
The fee range is AUD $5 to $15 (below average for contests).
