Palette Poetry Queer Poetry Challenge A project of Palette Poetry (see other related projects). About In celebration of pride month, we are excited to announce the return of our Queer Poetry Challenge! We welcome poets of all backgrounds to share any poems that meditate on the idea of “queerness.” These poems could explore sexuality, gender, or identity. Submitters are not required to identify as LGBTQ+—we hope to celebrate writers who are learning about themselves through poetry, in addition to those who identify as queer poets. We look forward to reading your experiments in poetic form, meditations on relationships, and inquiries into yourself. Fees Notice: This project charges fees (or requires purchases) for all submissions. The fee is USD $20 (average for contests).
