Students in the Whidbey Writers Workshop MFA program at NILA administer the monthly Penn Cove Award for short works of literature, whether fiction or non-, verse or prose. The winning entry is the first submission to knock the socks off the judge.

No Fees! This contest does not charge mandatory fees.
