About

We are looking for writing that pays close and sustained attention to language and the configurations and possibilities of that language. We believe that great art is capable of examining the world and our encounter with it through a unique and challenging language, a language that reveals the beauties and transcendence that is contained within the things we observe on a daily basis. It is a writing that does not reach for stock phrases or conventional turns of phrase, but uses its poetic “eye” to explore the textures and implications of that examination.
