About

Vitamin ZZZ is SleepyHeadCENTRAL’s literary effort to spread awareness about All Things Sleep: sleep health, sleep disorders, sleep medicine, sleep hygiene, and much more. We are always open to reviewing non-themed, general submissions. Often, we base upcoming themes on patterns we see in our "slush" pile. We are especially interested in prose poems, flash fiction, personal essay, hybrid work, and creative nonfiction, so if this is your jam, send it our way! Finally, all insights are sought, from either a healthcare worker’s or patient’s or loved one's perspective: humorous, clinical, personal, spiritual, political, fantastic, familial, experimental, even confessional.
