Utter This project is believed to be defunct. (September 2016) About Utter is an online journal of writing & art founded in 2012 by editors P. J. Williams & Kir Jordan. Since its inception, the magazine has featured emerging & established writers--chosen almost entirely from unsolicited general submissions. We publish all forms of poetry, fiction, nonfiction, & art. We equally consider work that embraces genre labels & that which rejects them. Hybrid forms, alternative media, the non-traditional: anything is fair game & will be read carefully & closely. Above all, we seek to publish work of exceptional quality & unique voice.
