Wisdom Crieth Without This project is believed to be defunct. (November 2015) About Wisdom Crieth Without is an online literary magazine dedicated to fostering a love for traditional poetry. In the last sixty years or so, rhyming and metrical poetry has been sorely neglected in the literary world; we seek to remedy that. In addition to regularly posting classic examples of traditional poetry, our primary goal is to seek out new poets who respect the forms of old, and reward them for their creativity. We wish to satisfy a dire need; the public’s need for quality poetry, and the author’s need for recognition and recompense. Poetry is not our limitation, however. Not only do we wish to highlight poets old and new, but also artists and writers in general. It is our goal to commission talented artists for the illustrating of this magazine, to publish quality examples of short and serial fiction, and release timely articles concerning the arts and the world at large.
