About Founded in 2012, Beantown Ten is an online, non-profit literary arts journal that publishes flash fiction and short stories biannually. We're small, but we hope to grow, and we hope, above all, to support emerging and established writers with a nice home for showcasing their work. Let it be known that Beantown is looking for fresh and exciting work regardless of past publication record. Experimental work is welcomed too, of course, but, to put it frank, we don't really care for genre work. If you write horror stories or fantasy tales about unicorns and wizards and dragons and trolls, this is probably not the publication outfit for you. Unless, of course, your protagonist is on acid/mushrooms and stumbles upon wizards, dragons, etc., that might be fun to read.
