Black Tongue Review This project is believed to be defunct. (April 2016) About Started by S.Marie Clay in 2011, Black Tongue Review began as a dare, a triple dog dare to create art by sending poems to other countries and asking that artwork be made as a reaction. Black Tongue moved away from print and into this very cozy online cabin in 2013. Poetry of the Black Tongue seeks to publish 1. voices who have stolen secrets from beyond the grave, voices that contain memories of abyss. 2. voices that astound and haunt, poems that have the momentum to wake your ancestors.
