About

Blood Bath is a literary zine based in Edinburgh; dedicated to exposing Scottish fiction’s weird genre underbelly, it publishes horror/genre poetry and short stories. We know that genre fiction has always been innovative, emotive and important, that’s why we want to create a space for new and established authors to subvert and defy its conventions. Horror is our first love, but we also accept science-fiction, fantasy and all manner of genre-blending concoctions. Experimental fiction is our jam; we’re desperate to be thrown screaming into the swirling void of literary potential.
