Bluff & Vine was conceived and created by Alex Andrasik and Bethany Snyder, as a way to showcase the literary art being created in and around the Finger Lakes in Western New York.

Limited Demographic: Submissions are restricted to those with a connection to the Finger Lakes area of New York State.
