Fiction Believed Defunct

At Bottleneck, we love a good speculative fiction story set against the backdrop of a cataclysm or an advancement so big it changes all of us. We also love gentle, optimistic sci-fi tales from the recovery period, after the dust settles on the excitement and a new kind of world has emerged.

We love: Robots, aliens, and creatures! Time travel and space colonization! Unrest in the solarpunk paradise! Moments of sunshine in the capitalist wasteland! Unreliable narrators and unexpected perspectives! The gentle overlap of genres
