Breathing is an essential life process. Moreover, it comes naturally, you don't learn it from someone. That's the first thing you did when you were born, that's the thing you do when you sleep. And it just happens. It's a part of us which we rarely acknowledge. We breathe regardless of our faults or our shortcomings. That's one bold step.
