About

Calidum exists to serve speculative literature. To that end we offer support to the writers who pour themselves into the study, practice, and development of their own masterpieces. We welcome both emerging and established authors, and seek to publish outstanding works of fiction and creative nonfiction within the realm of the entire speculative fiction spectrum. We seek authors who represent both traditional and modern interpretations of the literary arts, and offer a publishing platform that is tolerant of diverse points of view. We promote these writers, and help them find a broader audience through publication in the magazine: online, in print, and via e-readers. Calidum seeks to nurture the arts through education, networking, and publishing works with inherent literary value to the country's culture, and making the magazine available to the widest possible audience.
