Classical Voice North America

A project of Music Critics Association of North America

About

Classical Voice North America is the web journal of the Music Critics Association of North America. Its purpose is three-fold: 1) to provide expert reviews, commentary and reportage by professional music journalists from across the continent, particularly in areas where classical music coverage has been curtailed or eliminated by traditional publications; 2) to cover national trends from a regional perspective, with MCANA members “on the ground” contributing reports from their communities and 3) to offer MCANA members a global digital showcase that capitalizes on the rapid expansion of online, mobile and multimedia tools. Unless otherwise stated, all contributions are from members of the MCANA. All authors are responsible for content and accuracy; views expressed do not necessarily represent the views of the CVNA editorial team or the MCANA board.
