About

Danger Magazine is the magazine of short action, adventure, and thriller fiction. That means I will consider stories in any genre as long as there is a generous amount of tension. I prefer stories of traditional adventure/thriller style; i.e. war stories, treasure hunts, wilderness adventures, prision breaks. But I also encourage writers to push the envelope to discover new ways to create action-filled stories. However, I am not interested in straight mystery, detective, hard science fiction, or high fantasy. Although if your action-packed story contains elements of these genres, that will not hurt your chances of publication at Danger Magazine. This is not a detective/mystery, or SF magazine. There are many of those on the market, many fine ones -- this is not one of them.
