About

The people behind Disc-Us Books have been active in the book business for 30 years as editors and agents and are now bringing all that experience to this exciting new venue of publishing. Disc-Us Books was created to fill the void that exists in the book market today. High quality new titles and many valuable out-of-print titles are no longer offered through traditional distribution channels as a result of conglomeritization. Most publishers these days are chained to a "Hollywood blockbuster" mentality. If a publisher deems a title unable to sell hundreds of thousands of copies or sees it fitting into a tight niche, it is rejected. This mentality has damaged the book world and has kept worthy titles off the bookshelves. We believe there is ample room for all the new voices, both in print and electronically.
