Born in May 2024, Forevermore offers anyone the chance to publish their work in an online literary magazine. By creating a space where emerging writers could publish their pieces, Forevermore has built an incredible community of over a thousand followers.
While the first idea for Forevermore was to give writers lyrics that we particularly enjoyed and create a theme out of them, we quickly realised by our second issue that instead of having a melting pot of ideas, we should truly focus on what we absolutely enjoy reading: horror, gothic and weird fiction. And here we are, two years later, rebranding Forevermore into your favorite weird-girl magazine.
Over the course of our rebranding, we’ve decided to let our dear website go and solely focus on building a platform on Substack, as we’ve noticed the growth of the platform over the past few years. On top of being able to reach our community in a meaningful way, we are truly hoping that moving to Substack will encourage you to comment on and truly engage with the pieces we have curated. Most of our writers are not published by the mainstream publishing industry, and feedback and reactions mean the world to them. By moving to Substack, we are truly convinced that we can grow the amazing community of writers and readers that we already have.
