About

Nonfiction news analysis of weird and offbeat news. We want it. Writers have free reign in imagination and reporting, although we’re not looking for journalism pieces. We are looking for analysis on the stories themselves. What do the strange, odd, and weird news stories of the day make you think? What bizarre or absurd thoughts are conjured by your reading of the stories? Points go to analyses that make strong, bold points and that take the stories in unexpected directions. Always link to the original story to give readers a window into your mind. Then go where ever your thoughts lead you. Be ridiculous. Be adventurous. Be quirky. Be asinine. Be authentic.
