Gasp Magazine is a platform for multifaceted discussions on sexuality and its discontents.
Liberal or conservative positions seem equally inadequate to us in understanding the complexity of subjective experiences. Instead, we opt for a sex-critical approach that frames them in the contexts of sexual politics, cultural ambivalence, and the strange joys of transgression. We deliberately focus on sex work, queer life, and feminist reflections on sexuality.
We strive to build a community where experts and readers alike can express their perspectives. On our platform you will find research on queer history, psychology and psychoanalysis, essays, poetry, and artworks. We also organize sexuality education events and release limited editions of printed merchandise.
